Application range
The FT 2000E is a flexible cutting automat for efficient wire cable and bowden cable processing. Wire cable cross sections from 0.5 to 5 mm and bowden cables up to 10 mm are processed with the best workmanship. Deburring both ends of bowden cables are possible starting from a length of 160 mm.

Technology
With a programmable servo linear actuator the length is positioned within the 1/10 range. The product to be cut is feed in over a supply unit to the work holding station. By means of pretensioning the product to be cut is pulled constantly to the required length and thus a high reproducibility is attained. The deburring tools can deburr in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, as well as being able to be adjusted for the number of revolutions that the tools make. The air jet function ensures that no shavings remain in the bowden cable. Vacuum prevents the deburring shavings from contaminating the bowden cables.

User friendliness
The well thought out compact layout facilitates the change over from wire cable to bowden cable in a very short period of time.
