The new AT 2000 wire feeder can be used to cut sheathed wires and to remove the sheath from both ends of a wire. When combined with the Fishertech injection-moulding machine, a zinc injection-moulded part can be added to one side of the wire. By feeding the machine with 2 wires, the cycle time is speeded up. The plastic sections are removed from the system by suction after the sheaths have been removed.
